(Frequently Asked Monster Questions)

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Most of the event will be set up indoors, however the Trick or Treating activity is planned to be done outdoors in the lovely Villa Arrigo Gardens. Should the weather turn miserable, we have plenty of space to switch all the activities indoors and keep all monsters safe and dry.

For what age group is the event suitable for?

Children above the age of 3 will enjoy the event thoroughly. Children under the age of 3 can enter for free. Please note food token will not be provided.

What age is considered an Adult?

Teens above the age of 16 will be required to purchase an Adult Ticket. Anyone younger than 16 will need to purchase a child ticket.

Will event be too scary?

Unfortunately, you will have to meet the dreaded Head Master of the Monster University...he has a couple of rules for all Monsters joining, however you can rest assured the event will not be scary at all. Get ready to 'Boo! and Roar'. It's fun for the whole family!

Will games be included?

YES! Each nook and cranny of the place will be filled with different activities suitable for Children and the whole family.

Do children have to wear a costume?

Well, it's a Halloween party and the whole idea is that the children are in costume. Of course, its not obligatory - but it's strongly suggested :)

Will adults be able to accompany little monsters?

Yes of course. On the 1 condition that adults join the fun by wearing a costume. :D

Will food be available?

Each child ticket holder will be provided with a meal token including the following items;

• Mini burgers
• Mini hot dogs
• Mini sandwiches
• Fries

Will drinks be available?

Bars will be set up around the venue - however drinks can be purchased via cash basis. Please note we will only be accepting cash or Revolut payments on the day.

How can we pay for drinks?

We will only be accepting cash or Revolut payments on the day. Tokens will be exchanged for drinks.

Will kids get candy?

DUUH! Our sponsors have happily provided us with NUMEROUS amounts of CANDY that we will be giving out during the trick or treating activity.

Will Trick or treating bags be provided?

You can bring your own, or you can use our KitKat paper bags which will be supplied upon entry to the event.

What should I bring with me?

Firstly - don't forget your little monster ;). Secondly - we suggest you bring a costume and don't forget cash or Revolut to quench your thirst.

I have a baby Monster. Can I bring along?

Baby Monsters and their food are welcome however we will not allow push chairs or prams on the premises to ensure safety for all the other little monsters.

Where can I park my car?

Thank fully the street near the venue is wide and long enough to cater for numerous vehicles. We wouldn't worry too much about that. We do suggest however you get a taxi if you stuff your face with too much candy!

Are Tickets refundable?

Once a ticket is purchased no refunds will be provided.
